It starts with espresso
Our espresso classics use 100% Arabica beans from South America. The double espresso on our menu is a double shot prepared with 18 grams of coffee, described by floral, orange and chocolate notes. These tasting notes describe flavours the beans evoke in the cup, rather than added flavourings.
Which coffee is yours?
Choose double espresso or americano for a more pronounced coffee flavour, or cortado to balance espresso with a little milk. Flat white combines finely textured milk with a strong coffee character. Caffè latte and cappuccino are other classics for milk coffee lovers. Mocha and white mocha make room for chocolate in your cup.
Filter, V60 and cold coffee
Our filter coffee menu features beans selected from Santa Maria and Huila, with orange, peach, apricot and caramel notes. For V60, talk to our barista about the beans available that day and the flavours you enjoy. On a warm Fethiye day, cold brew, Orange Espresso and Tonic Espresso offer different options.
