What is on the croissant breakfast plate?
Our Croissant Breakfast Plate includes a plain croissant, two eggs scrambled in butter, avocado, black and green olives, cheese, sun-dried tomato, honey and butter. It brings the croissant’s layered texture together with eggs and cheese on a single breakfast plate.
For a shorter break
If your morning is moving quickly, try a plain croissant and coffee. For something more filling, our Sandwich Croissant includes white cheese, olive paste, lettuce and smoked turkey. Cheese and smoked-meat croissants offer more alternatives for savoury tastes.
Focaccia sandwiches with our own bread
We prepare Pesto Sandwich on Sobre-made focaccia with mozzarella, rocket, tomato, balsamic glaze and pesto. Sobre Special Sandwich uses our own focaccia with kaşar, Cheddar, spreadable white cheese, tomato, cucumber and smoked beef. These options work for breakfast and breaks later in the day.
